The recipes in the cookbook are gluten-free just like the kitchen of the author, cake artist Mona Thtinen (@say_it_with_a_cake) . I hope to contribute something fresh and new to the realm of cake artistry. A desire to challenge misconceptions became the driving force for the story of my company. I had to come up with my own recipes that work!
